This document reports survey data on gender and race/ethnicity differences in the responses of alumni to questions regarding education and employment choices. Specifically, tables present respondents' plans to pursue further education or seek employment and the outcomes of such efforts. Survey results for all respondents are provided in Fall 1998 Survey of Baccalaureate Alumni: All Respondents.
