  • Finding information from this CD

From the main page of the CD, Compliance and Focused Reports will take you to the 73 compliance and 15 focused reports.  A password is not required to access these reports from this entry point.

 

From the main page, Accreditation at NC State will take you to the live site used to inform and communicate with the campus.  To access the 73 compliance and 15 focused reports from here, you will need an ID and password.

 

From the main page, QEP:  Learning in a Technology-Rich Environment will take you to the Quality Enhancement Plan.  A password is not required.

 

 

·        IDs and Passwords

You will not need a password to access the Compliance or Focused Reports, or the Quality Enhancement Plan, from this CD.  However, if you enter a live site, you may be prompted for an ID and password when you return to these areas.  If so, please use the ID and password included in the Technical Support document in your notebook.

 

The supporting documentation for Comprehensive Standards:  Institutional Mission, Governance and Effectiveness #16 (outcomes assessment) includes undergraduate and Graduate School databases that require special login.  The former leads you to detailed, departmental assessment information (TracDat), and the latter leads you to the Graduate Schools’ InfoWeb site.  Instructions for entering these sites were attached to the cover letter. 

 

Please destroy the ID and passwords when you have finished using them.

 

 

·        Protected Information

North Carolina personnel privacy law (G.S. 126-24) protects certain information from public disclosure.  In Comprehensive Standards:  Programs #20 (faculty credentials) you are provided protected information including courses taught and qualifications of individual instructors.  Please do not disclose this information to anyone else or use it for any purpose except for this accreditation compliance review.
